Types of Accommodation

Villa

Any property suitable for a self-catering holiday.

Suite

An apartment with lounge/diner/kitchen and 1 bedroom with en-suite and possibly other bedrooms. Usually part of a larger block offering hotel-like facilities such as central reception, restaurant, daily maid service, and coin-op laundry. Condo Apartment: An apartment with lounge/diner, fully fitted kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite, 1 or 2 further bedrooms and one family bathroom, as well as access to a screened terrace or balcony.

Home

A detached privately owned villa on its own plot in a residential neighbourhood. Facilities include lounge/diner with access to a screened terrace with private pool, fully fitted kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 further bedrooms and 1 - 4 family bathrooms.

Town Home

A terraced villas with lounge/diner, fully fitted kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite, 1 or 2 further bedrooms and one family bathroom.

Please note that American bathrooms may not necessarily have a tub bath and that the shower may be either a stall or over bath type. A ½ bathroom will not have a shower or tub bath. An en-suite is only accessible through a bedroom.

Occupancy levels

A maximum of 2 persons is permitted per bedroom. Some Suites have a sofa-bed in the living area which can increase occupancy by 1 further person. A person is an

Villa Information

All our villas feature
  • Direct dial telephone with no charge for local calls. A calling card, purchasable locally is recommended for long-distance calls
  • Air-conditioning and heating adjustable to your requirements
  • Cable or satellite TV
  • Car parking for at least one vehicle
Suites and Townhomes also feature
  • Kitchenette in the corner of the main room with cabinets, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker plus dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses for the maximum number of occupants
  • Combined Living/Dining/Kitchenette areas furnished with sofa, dining table and chairs
  • Master bedroom with king or queen bed and en-suite bathroom or shower. Further bedrooms will have either a double or two twin beds
  • Towels and linen for all guests for use in the Villa
  • Cleaning prior to arrival and following departure. Additional cleaning can be arranged locally through our representative
Homes and Condo Apartments are privately owned and are decorated and furnished to the taste of their owner. They feature
  • Spacious kitchens usually open-plan with plenty of cabinets and breakfast bar. These are equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker, plus dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses for the maximum number of occupants
  • Washing machine and dryer
  • Living areas furnished with sofa and chairs, television, table and lamps
  • Dining area with table and chairs to accommodate minimum of 4 guests
  • Screened furnished terrace or balcony area
  • Swimming pool areas have 2 sun loungers
  • Master bedroom with king or queen bed and en-suite bathroom or shower. Further bedrooms will have either a double or two twin beds and at least one family bathroom
  • Towels and linen for all guests for use in the Villa and pool towels for use outside
  • Cleaning prior to arrival and following departure. Additional cleaning can be arranged locally through our representative

Pool Heat

Pool heat is not necessary during the summer but can be pre-booked for the winter. The price varies depending on property. We recommend that you pre-book pool heat so that the pool is warm on your arrival. Pre-book pool heat by ticking the pool heat option.

Out of Hours Arrival

The key to your Villa needs to be collected from the reception at either the Resort Reception for Suites and Townhomes or from the Owner’s Managing Agent for Homes and Condo Apartments. At this time you will also be asked to leave the Refundable Breakages Deposit.

Owner's Managing Agents offices are rarely open after 5.30pm and you will need to purchase our Out of Hours Arrival option giving you information on how to collect your villa key and pay the deposit. If you do not have this information, you will be unable to access your Villa until the office opens the next morning. It is regretted that no refunds can be made for unoccupied nights in Villas.

Refundable Breakages Deposit

All clients are required to leave a refundable deposit against any damages to the villa or its contents. It can be paid in cash or by credit card and is usually around USD250-300 depending on the size of the villa. The deposit is refunded after check-out and the home has been inspected. It will be made either by credit card refund or cheque posted direct to you usually 3-4 weeks after you return home.

Local Customer Representative

We provide a 24 hour customer service telephone number and a representative will respond within 20 minutes to offer assistance and do everything possible to satisfy your needs. In addition our representative will contact you within 24 hours of your arrival to welcome you, follow up on any issues for immediate resolution and explain how this customer service operates. In addition, they will offer tips and suggestions towards maintaining a pleasant stay, and answer any of your questions.
